Q) There are lots of online/local retailers, why should i buy at FXHeli? |
|
A) Thats a simple one, we have more stock, better prices, a loyalty program,
shipping within 24hours to your door, flexible secure payment options and best
of all we actually fly helicopters ourselves so we can offer some great advice. |

Q) Are my items safe when you ship them through the POST? |
|
A) Mostly the answer is YES, but hey we have all seen how some people handle
something that's not there's. (i.e your parcel), thats why we have a special
packaging program designed specially to ensure your parcels make it safe and
sound, even if we get someone who doesn't look after your item. More information
can be be found on our packaging program under the Latest News section or in our
shipping/packaging policies. |

Q) Is my Credit Card Safe. |
A) Fortunately we can say with 99% confidence that actually buying through
FXHeli is the safest way in the country. Why? It's simple when you pay for your
order online through order stores, they give you card number to other people, or
even right it down and print it out on their terminal (EFTPOS).
Here at FXHeli we don't. Our Inventory management system is connected directly
with the St George Credit Card network, meaning real-time transactions safe and
secure, no storage of credit card numbers (or on paper) or even giving it to a
third party. We even use a secure SSL and identity authority to ensure we are
verified as a quality provider. Our Stock Management and customer system was all
built and does not use open source or third party software. Better yet, we
adhere to the PCI-DSS securtiy standards and all code is run through Source Code
Analysis tools to find and address any security bugs. |

Q) Where do you buy stock from? |
|
A) That's an easy and a hard one. One of the goals of FXHeli is to fix the
problems with stock levels, specific items and pricing that is higher then
overseas. So we actually source locally when it's cost effective and we can
ensure the pricing is competitive. Unfortunately that doesn't always work, so we
have relationships with a number of organisations overseas that ship items into
the country weekly. |

Q) Whats the loyatly program all about? |
|
A) We suggest you read about the loyatly program under the Latest News section,
however, it's simple. The more you spend the more you save. Our program offers
discounts for every user up to 20% off. You need to be logged into the service
to see the price difference, and it is calculated in real-time. |

Q) Do you price match? |
A) There are alot of fly-by-night people out there selling out the back of a car
at the local field. And we don't mind that, because it means people are flying
which is great. However we offer a premium service with a face and name that
will be around for a long time. You can be rest assured we are now supported
directly by some of the biggest brands of RC Helicopters in the world, we are
not going anywhere anytime soon.
Now for price matching, the answer is yes and no. We will always try and give
you lower prices when we can. Feel free to tell us about an item you saw cheaper
elsewhere. We won't always price match simply as there are alot of people
selling out of the boot of a car, and simply you don't get a warranty of any
kind with them, you get it with us and much much more. |
